• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

• Tags and labels must remain attached

• The item must be in a resellable condition

Items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence are not eligible for return or refund.

• Reason for return

• Clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Our team will respond within 48 hours with further instructions, including return address and approval status.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days via the original payment method, if applicable.

• Since we use cash on delivery, we may offer refunds via bank transfer or store credit, based on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as final sale

• Customized or personalized products

• Items showing clear signs of use

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation is no longer possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order.

Exchanges
